Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, handling documentation, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle daily documentation and record-keeping
- Manage appointments, inquiries, and general front-desk duties
- Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms
- Coordinate with internal departments as required
- Support administrative tasks as assigned
Job Specification
Education:
- Minimum +2 completed
- Bachelor’s degree running or preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Basic social media handling (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
