Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, and product information.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Educate customers about our products and services and assist with placing orders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Job Specification

Intermediate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Available to work flexible hours.
