Position: Steward (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and store the cleaned equipment in their designated areas

• Remove stains from crockery and cutlery as required

• Polish chafing dishes for banquets, BBQ functions and prepare carving stations as required

• Ensure all access and traffic areas are clear and clean

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Specification

Responsible for performing a wide range of tasks directed at keeping the kitchen clean, well maintained and organized at all times, duties include but not limited to thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, dock, table tops, crockery , galley etc. All tasks must be executed with the aim of meeting required safety, hygiene and quality standards.
