Job Description
- Preparing sales strategy for company broken down into region and products according to the dealers’ feedback and daily meetings
- Preparing of target letters for all sales team / dealers with their consultation
- Achieving of the target approved by the Management Team and reaching of target
- Conducting regular meeting with member of sales team in order to discuss about the present sales and move of the competitors
- Calling/Visiting to dealers so as to know about their problem, sales position as well as payment position both inside and outside valley
- Carrying out product analysis such as analysis of company’s own products, price, place and promotions to form marketing strategies – price comparison chart between different brands must be updated on a monthly basis
- Giving advices and suggestions to the Management Team on the basis of product and competitors analysis
- Increasing the dealers network to intensify the reach of products
- Preparing sales review report as per requirement placed by the Management Team
- Ensuring after sales services are provided best and on timely manner
- Expanding market through research
- Completing accounts reconciliation in every 3 months
Job Specification
- Fluent in Nepali, English and Hindi
- Should have good knowledge of market statistics of FMCG products
- Sound have knowledge of MS Office
- Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
- Should be willing to travel intensively outside Kathmandu
- Should have very good communication skills
- Should be confident and have an influential personality
- Personnel with a vehicle will be preferred
