Position: Project Manager (Recent Job)

Job Description

Project Manager plans project/sprint for product releases and executes the plan utilizing available resources. Needs to have strong task/team management and decision-making skills. 

• Develop project/sprint plans and execute them 
• Develop Work Breakdown structure 
• Allocate resources and estimate deliveries of sprint tasks 
• Identify and mitigate project risks 
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time and high-quality completion 
• Organize and facilitate scrum meetings 
• Ensure defined processes are followed 
• Communicate and coordinate with multiple/relevant stakeholders in Nepal and US 

   

   

  Other Specification

   

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in the software industry
  • Good analytical, time management and decision-making skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
