• Sales of MAG Lubricant products and the collection of due amounts in time.
• Formulating and executing sales and collections plans.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly report as required by management.
• Establishing and expanding the customer base.
• Collect data's and market information and report to senior.
• Suggest new ideas and strategies to grow MAG Lubricants market share.
• Work based in Kathmandu but required to go on marketing tours as decided by the management. Duration of tour can be expected between 15-20 days every month.
• Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
• Manage Campaigning and other promotional activities.

Job Specification

• Minimum of 2 years in the field of sales and marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in management. (Preferred Marketing).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
• Should have knowledge of Email, Internet, Microsoft office package (especially Microsoft excel).
• Should have Basic accounting knowledge.
• Capable working under Pressure.
• 2 wheeler's driving license.
