Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist various departments, maintain office organization, and ensure efficient communication and workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
 Administrative Support
- Assist multiple departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling banking-related work.
- Support daily office operations and coordinate routine tasks as assigned.
Communication Handling
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Respond to general inquiries and forward messages to appropriate staff members promptly.
Office Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, and coordinate repairs or maintenance as required.
Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records and filing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality, proper storage, and easy accessibility of documents.
Customer Service
- Welcome visitors and clients, providing helpful, courteous assistance.
- Address inquiries and guide individuals to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Dispatching of Goods
- Handle the dispatch of goods to customers efficiently and maintain related documentation.
- Manage all activities associated with dispatch work independently.
Job Specification
- Minimum High School Diploma (+2) or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
