Job Description

Corporate Title: Assistant
Department: Operation Department
Report: Technology and Innovation Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform agents/ customer about new offers and campaigns.
  • Handle inquiries of agents and customer support with excellence in problem solving.
  • Process and increase Domestic Remit Transactions
  • Handle agent enrollment and relationship.
  • DC Installation in agent’s computer.
  • Call and pay of domestic and international transactions.
  • Proper escalation of unsolved queries to their respective supervisors.

Essential Requirements:
