Sales Officer

Eseelove Light Luxury Jewelry is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented female candidates to join our sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals passionate about jewelry, fashion, and customer service. Selected candidates will receive training and work in a supportive, all-female environment focused on professional growth and elegant retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Provide accurate information on jewelry designs, materials, and styling
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
• Maintain visually appealing product displays and store ambiance
• Achieve sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge
• Handle after-sales service and maintain customer relationships
• Support team members in daily operations
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store

• Minimum education: Intermediate (+2); Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales (jewelry experience preferred but not required)
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, and aesthetic styling
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the jewelry industry
