Job Description
The Finance Manager will drive our financial planning agenda, strengthen governance, and enable long term business decisions through data driven insights. The role requires strong financial projection capability, robust analytical skills, and a hands on approach to financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long range planning based on business strategy.
- Prepare detailed financial projections, cash flow analysis, and scenario modelling.
- Oversee day to day finance operations including accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop cost control strategies and support strategic investment decisions.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams for smooth financial governance.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure accurate and timely month end closure.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team as needed.
Job Specification
- Master’s degree in Accounts or Finance.
- CA, ACCA, CFA (completed or currently studying).
- More than 5 years of relevant finance, accounting, or financial planning experience.
- Strong command of financial projection tools, budgeting frameworks, and analysis models.
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
