Job Description
Position Overview
Digigroup is seeking an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Officer to support the company’s growth across its education, technology, healthcare, and global partnership verticals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing directly to revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities across all Digigroup companies.
- Reach out to potential clients, partners, schools, and organizations through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Support the development and execution of business growth strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead-generation activities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation for potential clients and partners.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, follow-ups, and business development reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to coordinate outreach and campaign activities.
- Attend meetings, events, and networking sessions to represent Digigroup professionally.
- Assist in identifying cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Ensure timely communication, follow-up, and relationship-building with prospects.
Job Specification
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching new clients and presenting ideas clearly.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and CRM tools.
- Good analytical skills and ability to conduct market research.
