Job Description
Dentex Cosmoceuticals is looking for a dedicated and responsible Sales & Dispatch Assistant to support daily operations, goods dispatch, payment follow-ups, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle dispatch of goods to clients and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct payment follow-up with customers and maintain proper records.
- Follow up on orders, confirm deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with clients.
- Prepare basic reports related to dispatch, collections, and order status.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team for smooth operations.
Job Specification
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) completed.
- Must have own bike or scooter with a valid driving license.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage time and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of sales and documentation.
