Job Description
- Develop Sales Annual Plan & Strategies.
- Flow of Annual / Monthly Plan to dealer & network/branch and provide necessary assistance required.
- Training and development of dealer/teams
- Dealer Relationship Management & Dealer support.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Job Specification
- Should have completed Bachelor
- At least 4 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role/Leading role
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile industry trends, products, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver targets within deadlines.
