Job Specification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Continental Chef
  • Preferably BHM graduate
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Solid knowledge of French cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
