Job Description

To manage the company’s financial health by ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, financial planning, cost control, and timely reporting to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing manager

  • Identify and develop new customer for freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations air , sea, and land shipment.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationship with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment handling

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Promote company services through visits, Calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Conduct marketing research to identify new opportunities and competitors
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities
  • Prepare basic sales and marketing reports

Client Co-ordination:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Resolve customer complaints in coordination with operation team

Logistics & Trade-Specific sales & Marketing (if applicable)

  • Client of shipments (freight, customs, warehousing, transport)
  • Monitor profitability per shipment/client
  • Support pricing decisions and contract evaluation
  • Manage foreign currency transactions and exchange risk

Team & Process Management

  • Supervise sales & Marketing staff
  • Improve Sales & marketing processes and systems
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and compliance teams
Job Specification
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master In Sales and Marketing
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience FMCG OR logistics/export experience preferred)
