Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Client Servicing Manager to lead our Client Servicing Team and drive the smooth execution of 360° campaigns for leading national and international brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Campaign Execution
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans and creative briefs.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitches with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets – from static posts to large-scale productions.
- Liaise with designers, copywriters, influencers, and production partners.
- Handle contracts, approvals, WhatsApp communications, and client feedback loops.
- Review and proof all creative content and captions before delivery or posting.
- Compile and submit campaign performance and social media reports monthly.
2. Team Leadership & Workflow Management
- Lead and mentor the Client Servicing/Project Management team.
- Assign tasks with clarity on deadlines, expectations, and responsibilities.
- Organize internal sync-ups and maintain a live dashboard of ongoing work.
- Monitor team productivity and resolve any workflow challenges in real time.
- Onboard, guide, and support new team members during their training phase.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Visual Lead, and Performance Marketing team.
- Coordinate execution for shoots, video production, jingle creation, and influencer-led campaigns.
- Ensure internal team alignment with freelancers, vendors, and external production houses.
4. Strategic & Operational Excellence
- Support management in developing SOPs, pricing guidelines, and negotiation tactics.
- Manage high-stakes client relationships with diplomacy, ownership, and poise.
- Participate in hiring decisions, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Foster a team culture that is productive, collaborative, and celebratory.
Job Specification
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, project management, or agency operations
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal + written)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Experience working across multiple campaigns, industries, and timelines
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, creative production, and digital media boosting
