Job Description
Blush Beauty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a trading company, with good knowledge of financial records, transactions, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, vouchers, and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, bills, and receipts.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase records.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
Monitor and record inventory-related financial transactions.
Prepare regular financial statements and accounting reports.
Assist with VAT, TDS, tax filing, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documents.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all financial records.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in a trading company.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of VAT, TDS, and tax-related procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with prior experience in a trading or distribution company will be preferred.
Should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling accounts independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
