Accountant

Classico Sports Studio Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and keep the company's financial records accurate and up to date. The Accountant will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for handling accounts smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts on a daily basis
• Record all sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in the accounting system
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on pending payments
• Prepare regular financial reports and share them with the owner
• Maintain Excel sheets for tracking expenses, stock, and other financial data
• Assist with VAT, TDS, and other statutory compliance as required
• Keep all bills, invoices, and financial documents properly filed
• Handle other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the owner

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field (completed or currently pursuing)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an accountant or similar role
• Working knowledge of Tally and Swastik accounting software
• Good command of MS Excel
• Sound understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
• Good attention to detail, honesty, and ability to work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

• Candidates residing near Satungal or Kalanki

What We Offer

• Salary of NPR 20,000 to 30,000, negotiable based on experience and skills
• Direct exposure to the owner and the full financial operations of the business
• Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
