Job Description

EG Group of Companies is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and organized female personal secretary to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing executive tasks with utmost confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle all forms of official correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, professionally and efficiently.
  • Draft, review, and format reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and official functions.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure priorities are effectively managed.
  • Provide personal support to the CEO within professional boundaries as required.

 

Job Specification
  • Master’s degree is mandatory (MBA, MBS, MA, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal secretary, Executive Secretary, or similar role supporting top-level management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Nepali proficiency is essential.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role with flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed by the CEO.
  • Occasional travel or off-site coordination may be required.
