Best Job HR is looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner.

Answer, forward, and screen phone calls professionally.

Route calls and messages to appropriate departments.

Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Maintain and update documents while ensuring data integrity.

Manage front desk operations and keep the reception area organized.

Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
