Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders or inquiries
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food or beverages following company standards (if applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work and dining areas
- Restock inventory, supplies, and products as needed
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Follow safety and food handling guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily service and cleanliness goals
- Support other team members and assist in various tasks as needed
