Job Description

Are you a strategic sales leader with experience in both corporate and government segments? Join Nepal’s leading electric mobility provider, and drive sustainable growth in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement strategic sales plans targeting corporate, governmental, and B2B clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including corporates, NGOs, INGOs, banks, and government bodies.
  • Identify tender opportunities, manage applications, and ensure successful closures.
  • Execute impactful sales campaigns during festivals and events.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Supervise and train the sales team, ensuring high performance and team development.
  • Expand and manage the dealer network across the region.
  • Monitor KPIs and compile performance and sales review reports regularly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and after-sales service.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile sales, with strong exposure to governmental sales and tenders.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data-driven reporting.
