Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk/Client Handling Executive to manage client reception, handle calls and inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support. The role involves maintaining records, updating data, coordinating with counsellors, and ensuring a professional front-office environment.

Client Handling & Reception

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate counsellor
  • Maintain visitor records

Call, Email & Inquiry Management

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and website inquiries
  • Provide basic information about courses, countries, intakes, and fee structures
  • Record and follow up on inquiries

Appointment & Scheduling

  • Schedule and manage counsellor appointments
  • Coordinate walk-in and pre-booked client meetings

Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Maintain and organize student files and records
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents
  • Support preparation of basic documents such as offer letters, visa checklists, and application forms

Data Entry & Reporting

  • Update student and inquiry details in CRM systems or Excel
  • Prepare daily inquiry and follow-up reports

Office Coordination

  • Coordinate with counsellors and other team members
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional appearance

 

Job Specification
  • +2 completed or bachelor running
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
  • Customer-focused and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in consultancy, reception, or customer service is an advantage
