Counselor

• Provide one-on-one counseling FOR UK study.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, or career paths based on their interests, skills, and qualifications.
• Assist with admission procedures, documentation, and visa processes (if in an education consultancy).
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
• Conduct orientation programs, workshops, or information sessions for students and parents.
• Stay updated on international and local education systems, courses, and admission requirements.
• Handle client inquiries in person, via phone, email, or social media in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve institutional targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counseling practices.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports of counseling activities and outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in management.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counseling, student advising, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive information
