Job Description
Provide one-on-one counseling FOR UK study.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, or career paths based on their interests, skills, and qualifications.
Assist with admission procedures, documentation, and visa processes (if in an education consultancy).
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
Conduct orientation programs, workshops, or information sessions for students and parents.
Stay updated on international and local education systems, courses, and admission requirements.
Handle client inquiries in person, via phone, email, or social media in a professional manner.
Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve institutional targets.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counseling practices.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports of counseling activities and outcomes.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in management.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counseling, student advising, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive information
