Job Description

The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, coordinating with partner schools, supporting teachers, and ensuring high-quality delivery of technology-based education programs.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Planning & Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and implement academic programs across partner schools
  • Coordinate class schedules, curriculum delivery, and academic calendars
  • Ensure smooth execution of coding, robotics, and AI-based learning sessions

School & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between the company and schools/colleges
  • Maintain strong relationships with school management and coordinators
  • Conduct regular school visits and monitor program effectiveness

Teacher Support & Supervision

  • Train and guide instructors on curriculum and teaching methodologies
  • Monitor teacher performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to academic standards and lesson plans

Quality Assurance & Monitoring

  • Evaluate student progress and learning outcomes
  • Ensure quality delivery of programs aligned with company standards
  • Identify gaps and implement improvements in teaching-learning processes

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare academic reports, progress updates, and performance analysis
  • Maintain proper academic records and documentation
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management
Job Specification

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a school or college (academic coordination, teaching, or administration)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple schools/programs simultaneously
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with modern teaching methods and education technology
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
