Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Marketer with a strong sales mindset to help expand our client base and support product growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a solid understanding of client needs, and a passion for discovering market trends and new product opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Pitch and promote products to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
2. Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients
Research specific industries or businesses that align with our offerings
Gather insights to improve lead conversion
3. Product & Market Trend Support
Monitor market trends to suggest in-demand products (e.g., trending printed bags or paper items)
Assist in researching competitor products, pricing, and strategies
Support the product development team with market-based insights
4. Marketing & Positioning Strategy
Propose small-scale promotional campaigns
Help in positioning products effectively for different client segments (e.g. eco-friendly options for organic brands)
5. Mobility & Communication
Confidently communicate with clients in-person and over calls
Visit clients, deliver samples, or conduct field research when needed
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular contact
6. Ownership & Learning Attitude
Show a willingness to learn about printing and product processes
Take initiative in improving product lines and strengthening brand reputation
Assist with deliveries when necessary (occasional)
Job Specification
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of customer profiling and sales funnel
Willing to travel and meet clients regularly
Basic knowledge of printed goods (bags, packaging, paper products) preferred
Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn
