Job Description
- Greet customers, find out the customer's needs
- Recommend, select and help locate the right product
- Describe a product's features and benefits
- Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
- Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products
- Provide information about manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise
- Receive and process payments, and provide change and receipts
- Maintain sales records
- Arrange and display merchandise
- Keep merchandise area tidy
Job Specification
- Minimum S.L.C/S.E.E, preferably with sound knowledge of sales and basic accounting.
- Must be interactive with clients with politeness.
- Knowledge of sales principles
- Past experiences in same field will be prioritized.
