Job Description

EJS Europe is seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Officer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on lead generation, social media management, and website-related marketing activities. The ideal candidate should also have a basic understanding of websites and UI/UX to effectively collaborate with the IT team and support the company’s growing digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Generate and manage online leads, particularly for recruitment campaigns.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content and advertisements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results.
  • Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve website performance and landing pages.
  • Suggest UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Support SEO initiatives and assist with website content updates.
Job Specification

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
  • Candidates with prior experience in digital marketing and related IT roles will be given preference.
  • Good understanding of Meta Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
  • Basic knowledge of websites, UI/UX, and landing page structure.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with designers, developers, and IT teams.
