Position: Workshop Incharge
Work Location: Nepalgunj & Butwal
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical.
Experience in automobile service operations and team management.
Strong understanding of workshop management and customer service.
Analytical mindset with CRM and reporting skills.
Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and motivate service teams to achieve goals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective CRM usage.
Develop and maintain dealer workshops as per standard guidelines.
Plan monthly service activities to support business targets.
Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic workshop environments.
Provide training and development for dealer and internal teams.
Implement and monitor standard service processes and systems.
Improve service profitability and manage workshop assets.
Prepare monthly service reports and maintain service databases.
Develop and execute annual service plans.
