Position: Branch Manager
No. of Vacancy: Few
Position: Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer
Location: Various branches located at Koshi, Madesh, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini Province
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable Master’s Degree) in Management or a related field from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Minimum 4 years of banking experience with at least 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager
Other Requirements:
A strong sales orientation, excellent networking skills and the ability to drive business expansion within Bank’s appetite.
Ability to identify market opportunities and implement business strategies to expand the branch’s market presence.
Proven track record in business growth, credit expansion and deposit mobilization.
Strong knowledge of branch operations, credit, recovery, compliance, customer relationship management and people management skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business houses, corporates and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor and develop branch staff to achieve high performance and service excellence.
Age Criteria: Not exceeding 40 years as on vacancy deadline
