Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, an ‘’A’’ Class Commercial Bank, invites highly motivated and result-oriented Nepalese Citizens to apply for job positions at head Office and Various outside valley locations of the Bank
Position: Information Security Officer
No of Vacancy: Few
Location: Durbar Marg (Head Office)
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or an equivalent field.
Experience – Minimum experience of 5 years for Officer/Junior Officer position and 3 years for Supervisor position in relevant fields.
Age – Not exceeding 35 years for male candidates and 40 years for female candidates
Candidates should possess
Deep understanding of all information security domains, including but not limited to: Unified Threat Management, Firewall, Network Security, Endpoint/Server Protection, Identity and Access Management, Network Access Control, Email Security, Application Security, VPN, Encryption, and Data Protection.
Ability to develop, implement, and oversee security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI DSS.
Ability to perform comprehensive risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Excellent knowledge in monitoring and management of SIEM, and be able to develop custom correlation rules, integrate different log sources within the SIEM, and automate incident response.
Ability to automate security tasks using Python, PowerShell, or related platforms.
The applicant should possess excellent documentation and communication skills.
Standards and Framework Knowledge: COBIT, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, AIMS, PCI DSS.
