Position: Store Manager
Location: Kathmandu & Pokhara
Sales Berry Department Store, Nepal’s fastest-growing retail chain with 34 stores and 600+ employees, is hiring a highly capable and experienced Store Manager for our Super Store format-the largest category of Salesberry stores
Job Description:
Lead overall tore operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
Manage store team performance, attendance, and productivity
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Manage inventory, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and ordering
Oversee merchandising, product display, and promotional execution
Monitor cash handling, billing operations, and compliance procedures
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports
Coordinate with head office for staffing, procurement, and store performance
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations
At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage large teams and handle high-volume operations
Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory control and store systems
