Job Description
IME Khalti Limited is looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and career-oriented individuals who are eager to build a professional career in the fintech industry. We invite applications from highly motivated Nepalese candidates for the position of Management Trainee (MT).
Position: Management Trainee (MT)
Required Number: 5 (Five)
Department: Multiple Departments
Employment Type: Full-Time Traineeship
Training Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: NPR 35,000 – NPR 50,000 per month
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Eligibility Criteria
Must have completed a Master’s degree in any Management-related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Passion for digital finance, innovation, and problem-solving
Training & Career Progression
Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 6-month Management Trainee Program designed to provide practical exposure across different business functions within Khalti.
Candidates demonstrating outstanding performance during the traineeship period may be offered the position of Junior Officer upon successful completion of the program.
