Job Description

Integrated Rural Development Society (IRDS), Mahottari, is a non-political and non-profit NGO established in 1994 by a group of Terai marginalized groups. Since then, IRDS is fully dedicated to working in humanitarian assistance, community development, livelihood, child well-being, and environmental protection, mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the humanitarian and long-term development projects.

In partnership with World Vision International Nepal, IRDS Mahottari is initiating work on “HATEMALO for Child Wellbeing and Integrated Development Project” in two Rural municipalities, Ekdara and Samsi Rural Municipality. IRDS Mahottari is seeking qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens for the following positions.

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, economics, or a relevant discipline

Key Skills and Knowledge

Strong knowledge of market linkages, value chains, and livelihood promotion; ability to support women and families in income generation; 3 years of experience in coordinating producer groups and cooperatives.
