Job Description
Position: Marketing Coordinator
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting,. Or related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, billing, or finance-r elated roles
Basic understanding of accounting, invoicing, and payment processes
Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and issue invoices related to marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns
Track payments receivable from clients, partners, and third parties
Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for timely payment collection and reconciliation
Handle billing and payment collection and reconciliation
Handle billing and payment follow-ups with clients, agencies, influencers, and vendors
