Qualifications:

1. Minimum Master's Degree in any Discipline
2. Minimum Five years of Experience in roles like Principal or Academic Coordinator.
3. Individual should have a combination of educational qualifications, leadership, experience, problem-solving, and strategic planning, financial planning, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide visionary leadership to the institution, fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, research, strategic roles, and hospitality services.
2. Develop and implement a plan to enhance the academic and administrative functions of the institution.
3. Promote a conducive learning environment that supports students' success and well-being and Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation pedagogy, research, and assessment.
5. Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
6. Oversee the recruitment, development, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
7. Maintain effective communication, presentation skills, and collaboration with stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, parents and community.
