Job Description

Qualifications: Must have passed at least a Master's level from a recognized university. 

Experience: Must have at least 7 (Seven) years of work experience in the position of officer level of the concerned area. 

Selection Process: Shortlisting, Business Action Plan presentation, and Interview 

Business Action Plan: 

With the application, the candidate has to submit a business action plan for the operation based on previous data of the Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Such a business action plan should be typed on one side only on A4 size paper. Business Action Plan should be written in the English language

The monthly remuneration and other facilities shall be as per the rules of the organization. The age limit for the post of Assistant Manager/Manager has to complete 25 years and for the post of CEO has to complete 40 years. The candidate selected for the interview must be present at the specified date, time, and place along with their educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant documents. All rights related to the selection process are vested in the financial institution.
