- Responsible for Conducting & preparing minutes of Board Meeting, General Meeting
- Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal company Secretarial Documentations
- Preparation and filing of Annual Filing Documents and Forms with OCR
- Prepare and maintain statutory records, contract Agreements
- Ensure timely replies to all legal notices, complaints, grievances received
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, litigation management
- Act as a custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers
- Acting as link between inter and intra company communications
- Scheduling company meetings
- Maintaining company statutory records
