Job Description
- Identify training needs by evaluating, strengths and weakness of the candidates
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom candidates for their desired position
- Develop or oversee the production of trainings handouts, instructional materials & manuals
- Deliver training courses
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in training & development of hospitality
- Harmonizing to the recruitment & Ticketing Team
- Supporting the recruitment team in grooming, prescreening & Briefing candidates
- Reports to management immediately any trouble observed by yourself
Job Specification
- Proven work experience as a training manager
- Masters in Hospitality and other field will be preferred
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the- job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
