Job Description
- The Executive Assistant shall provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director (ED) to enable efficient overall AAIN operation, relations and coordination.
Job Specification
Key qualifications and competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or relevant field from a recognized University
- At least 3-4-year work experience in related field in similar organization
- 1-2-year work experience in similar role
- Good understanding of normal practice in non-profit organizations
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement, maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in English language and fluency in written and spoken Nepali
