Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admission Officer to guide and support students through the admission process. The role involves handling student inquiries, coordinating with universities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of academic admission processes, and the ability to manage multiple students efficiently while achieving admission targets.

Job Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with universities and institutions to obtain admission updates, offers, and relevant information.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the admission process.
Support students through the admission process until successful enrollment.
Achieve admission targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as required.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in admissions or education counseling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-focused approach.
Sound knowledge of study abroad programs or academic admission processes.
Ability to manage multiple students and deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
