Job Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic and dynamic faculty members to teach Management subjects: Public Relations, Organizational Behavior (OB), Research Methodology and Fundamentals of Management (FOM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic journeys while advancing your own professional growth in a collaborative environment
- Design and deliver engaging, student-centered lectures and activities in assigned subjects
- Develop course materials, assessments, and projects that reflect current business trends and practices.
- Guide students through real-life business scenarios, simulations, and case-based learning.
- Foster critical thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset among students.
- Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum reviews, and institutional development initiatives.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career pathways.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of teaching experience in the related subjects
- Core Competencies: Subject expertise, strong communication, creativity, student engagement, and leadership in academic environments.
- Soft Skills: Innovation, collaboration, and adaptability
- Reports To: Head of Academics (UG&PG)
