Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to promote and support the sale of our products through retail outlets and direct-to-consumer channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and increasing brand awareness within the assigned region. The role requires a proactive and customer-oriented approach to deliver exceptional service and drive the growth of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the products to pharmacies, hospitals, distributor and retailers.
- Appointing new dealers, ensuring the availability of goods in the market, and collecting relevant data to support business operations.
- Conduct product presentations and provide educational resources to healthcare professionals and customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales team.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in the implementation of promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide feedback on promotional materials to ensure they are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer activity, and market trends.
- Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG sector.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and goal-oriented.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
