Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with personalized product recommendations, and achieving sales targets through effective engagement and product knowledge. This role also involves handling billing and POS transactions, maintaining attractive product displays, supporting inventory management, and ensuring overall store cleanliness and brand standards. Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, providing personalized product recommendations
- Demonstrate product usage and maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and overall store presentation
- Address customer queries, returns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Support inventory management and coordinate with the team on stock requirements
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and brand standards within the store
Job Specification
- Education: We value relevant retail or sales experience; formal education is appreciated but not a limitation for the right candidate
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or customer-facing roles is preferred
