Job Description

Dealer Branding & Visual Merchandising

  • Conduct regular visits to dealer showrooms to ensure in-store branding and product displays meet company standards.
  • Optimize visual merchandising to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for in-shop branding and display aesthetics.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with Sales and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of tiles and samples for dealer displays.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for planning and executing retail branding initiatives.

Branding & Marketing Execution

  • Supervise the distribution, installation and upkeep of branding materials such as different signboards, stickers, printing press materials etc.
  • Support national/regional campaigns, promotional events, dealer engagement activities etc.

Market Feedback & Competitor Insights

  • Collect on-ground feedback from dealers and customers.
  • Monitor competitor branding activities and share actionable insights.
  • Submit visit reports with photographic documentation and observations.

Inventory & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of branding materials allocated to dealers.
  • Track inventory usage and plan for timely replenishment of promotional items.

 

Job Specification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail branding, merchandising, or marketing;
  • preferably in the building materials, tiles.
  • Sound understanding of in-shop branding concepts and visual layout techniques.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of tile products and their applications will be an added advantage.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
