Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead the sales and revenue growth of our Hotel Kamal. The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and drive business .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the restaurant/hotel.
  • Identify new business opportunities (corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners).
  • Manage group bookings, fast food and takeaway business.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients, regular patrons, and event organizers.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and property tours for potential clients.

3. Marketing & Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns (festive offers, loyalty programs).
  • Utilize digital platforms (social media, OTAs) to boost visibility and bookings.

4. Team Coordination:

  • Train and guide the sales team to meet targets.
  • Lead F&B, front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

5. Reporting & Strategy:

  • Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and offerings.
Job Specification
  • Education: Hospitality, Business, Marketing.
  • Experience: 3+ years in hotel/restaurant sales or F&B business development.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Languages: english, Hindi
