Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead the sales and revenue growth of our Hotel Kamal. The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and drive business .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the restaurant/hotel.
- Identify new business opportunities (corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners).
- Manage group bookings, fast food and takeaway business.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients, regular patrons, and event organizers.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and property tours for potential clients.
3. Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns (festive offers, loyalty programs).
- Utilize digital platforms (social media, OTAs) to boost visibility and bookings.
4. Team Coordination:
- Train and guide the sales team to meet targets.
- Lead F&B, front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
5. Reporting & Strategy:
- Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor competitor pricing and offerings.
Job Specification
- Education: Hospitality, Business, Marketing.
- Experience: 3+ years in hotel/restaurant sales or F&B business development.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Languages: english, Hindi
