- Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plans for effective execution of the project activities as stipulated in the project document which include Flood Early Warning, Livelihood Resilience and Influencing Policies and Practices of others at national level
- Appraise human, financial and material resources of the project and assess the resource needs for the project
- Manage and mobilise the administration, finance and human resources of the project at local /field level
- Adhere to and observe the agreements with partner organisations and Practical Action for all financial, human and administrative management
- Develop education, awareness and extension materials such as project briefs, lessons learned papers, policy brief papers etc. for sharing the experiences of and information on the project with policy makers, partners, visitors, stakeholders and beneficiaries at national and local levels
