Job Description
- The Senior Manager-P&C exists to lead the P&C function and support the Senior Leadership Team(SLT) to reach WVINs strategic objectives.
- Lead strategic planning for the P&C function, ensuring alignment between the team's activities and global strategic imeratives.
- The role will work to ensure the broader P&C function delivers effective fit for purpose business support to enable staff engagement, leadership development, organisational performance and end to end support for key people process.
Job Specification
- Bachelors/Master's Degree in Human Resource
- Atleast 3 years of experience for Masters & 5 years of experience for Bachelor's degree
- Should have human resource functional capabilities: Recuritment, HR Metrics, Renumaration, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Chnage Management, Good knowledge of employee relations procedure & Nepal Labour Law.
- Excellent oral & written English & Nepali
- Proficiency in computer applicationsincluding use of MS-Office package
- Hold a high level of integrity & honesty, self motivated, confident and able to work independtly
