Job Description

We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling electric vehicles, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and educating clients about the benefits of EVs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of electric vehicles by actively engaging with customers and converting leads.
  • Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and advantages of EVs to potential buyers.
  • Conduct test drives and coordinate smooth delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up with leads regularly.
  • Use CRM software to record sales activities and customer data.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales approaches.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or complaints professionally.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive or electric vehicle sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicles, preferably EVs, and basic technical understanding.
  • Valid driving license Four-wheeler.

Other Requirements:

  • Customer-focused and confident personality.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours if needed.
  • Good command of English and local language(s).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of EV products, features, and market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and EV technology is an advantage
  • Time management and multitasking ability
