Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead the operations of our electric vehicle showroom. The ideal candidate will oversee daily showroom activities, manage the sales team, ensure excellent customer experience, and help drive sales growth for EV Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the EV showroom.
- Supervise and motivate the sales and support team.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide detailed information about EV products and services to customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the logistics team for stock replenishment.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, branding, and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Organize test drives, promotional events, and community outreach for brand visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in showroom or retail management (automobile industry preferred).
- Prior experience with electric vehicles or tech-based products will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets and KPIs.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
